My daughter & i each had a full body massage which neither of us could fault, we both had lovely, professional therapists, who were fantastic. However, the whole point of a massage is to leave feeling relaxed, not wide awake & irrated, due to the horrendous noise levels outside & next door to the massage room, so noisy that it drowned out the relaxing music being played. Continuous shouting & laughing from the staff outside, nails being clipped & multiple conversations going on from the nail section, heels clonking on the laminate floor, up, down & all around & into the toilet(which I soon discovered was next door to me) and flushing every 2 minits. No exaggeration here, I couldnt quite beleive it all & may as well have not had a door on my room. My daughters room was next door to mine along & although slightly muffled outside noise & not next door to the toilet, it wasn't peaceful & she could hear the conversation between me & my therapist.I quietly told the reception girls of all the din before leaving, 1 said she would pass on the feedback & that's all. Very poor customer service indeed.I can't understand why this salon is offering relaxing massages in such a noisy environment or taking polite, justified complaints seriously, a real shame considering the massage itself was excellent, but we certainley won't be returning.
