Fab and friendly! Had an Indian Head massage lying down instead of sat up and it was wonderful, and to be honest great value for money. The staff were really relaxed, would definitely recommend!

Really disappointing experience. I had booked an eyelash extension appointment for the evening before my best friends wedding. My booking was confirmed by email and text on the day. Then an hour before my booking they called to tell me they'd just realised that I hadn't had a patch test done at their salon for a couple of years (I normally have my lashes done in Birmingham) and so instead of my appointment I would have to have that done. No apology or acknowledgement that maybe they should have told me before so I could've booked another slot in time- just that they had been 'busy.' So unprofessional.
