I initially went there to have two new tyres on my road, after the quick fitting I went off on way..three miles later a puncture! Like an idiot left tools at home, I rang Pedal up and they came and picked me up! What great service by the team...! New innertube put in off I went...Again service, I wish now I'd brought my bike there instead of the web...So moral of the story is support your local shops !!

My wife and I decided that due to foot injuries, we would start cycling....Haven't cycled for more than 30 years...total.amateurs! The staff here were brilliant,no question was too much..they are extremely.helpful and knowledgeable,are patient and above all come across a nice guys and a good team..Been in a few times since and today needs help to choose lights...fab yet again! You may pay a little bit more but you get a quality service that's more than worth it!

I went in here as a VERY amateur cyclist looking for advice about taking it more seriously. The staff that helped me out were friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with my questions taking the time to help me understand what was needed. I bought a set of virtually puncture proof tyre and with in a mile of riding suffered a puncture. I took the entire wheel back and they replaced the inner tube and labour free of charge. Great customer service!
