Terrible! He told me my car was quite dirty and Id have to pay 20 instead of 15. When I returned to pick it up there were bread crumbs still on the seats in the front and back. I complained. He told me my vacuum cant pick up everything I said my vacuum at home can pick up bread crumbs! His reply why dont you take it home and vacuum it? Unbelievable and very rude. Total joke and terrible customer service. I will NEVER be using these guys again!
I came away really annoyed after using this place. I'd never been to this car wash before and they were getting very irritated with me because I didn't know where to go when there's no guidance at all of where to go. Just waving your arms about randomly is of no use at all! When I eventually got seen to there was more frustrated arm waving but precious little help. When they'd washed as quickly as possible to get on to the next one, I asked for a receipt at the end they rudely said "no receipts today". When I insisted (I move cars round the country for work, pay cash then claim the expenses back) they miraculously found their receipt pad. Very rude staff. I most certainly won't be going back. I'd rather drive a couple of miles further down the road than go back. I use hand car washes every day for work and I've never had such a bad experience. I know they're busy and under pressure, but that's not my fault! I would never dream of treating anyone that way, let alone a paying customer!
Very good service for a fair price. my car had a really good clean in and out for around 15. Relaxed in the sun however if it were raining there seemed to only be a shelter which was not inside, this might put me off in the winter, but the good clean makes up for it. Friendly staff here too.
