Reception staff rude and unhelpful
Dr Sinclair is fab, nurses are great its the reception staff that are the problem! They are rude, arrogant and think they are qualified doctors!! Looking for somewhere else to go..
I have just phoned this surgery, on the advice and with a letter of recommendation from a doctor at Frimley park hospital to do so. I was told by the receptionist that she was unable to pre-book any future appointments and that i would have to call on the day that i wanted the appointment as it works on "First come,First serve" basis. IE I would have to take a day off work on a whim and hope that i would get an appointment on that day. The initial reasoning I went to A&E was due to the fact when i initially called a few week a go I was told i couldn't be seen for three months!. From reading previous reviews on Richmond It would seem that I am not the only patient whom has experienced service like this. The booking service, along with empathy and helpfulness shown from members of staff needs improving as it is fundamentally stopping patients receiving the help/treatment that they need. Shocking service.
Steven King had me put on a scheme which meant I have not had a GP for 8 months which could have killed me. Having complained to the health service ombudsman it has finally been lifted. King put me on the list simply because I was asking for too much help. This business is about making money easy nothing more.
Recently visited the survey with my wife, she was told to go in and get an appointment with a doctor in the morning because she was told she had a MRSA infection by frimley hospital and told to make an appointment with her surgery first thing Monday.The receptionist didnt want to know and as our doctor is on holiday my wife had to wait for a phone consultation which could be at any time during the day. Considering this is MRSA and she isnt long out of hospital from a c-section. Im honestly so angered and disgusted with the quality of care shown.
