I am extremely impressed with how Helen teaches, she is very easy to talk to and she will help slow things down to learn a move or correct you if you are doing it wrong. Once she gets to know your ability on the pole she will help you push yourself so that you can do more moves and be happy with your progress before the lesson finishes. I always look forward to our lessons and I enjoy every one.
