Very helpful doctors who listen to your issues. Like many other surgeries, the practice has too many patients, so getting an appointment can take time, however emergencies are always dealt with promptly. Parking can be an issue depending upon the time of day.
I can never fault fleet medical centre, they are very quick to get appointments for my family & the staff are all very polite & friendly. It's also extremely clean.
This GP practice is possibly be the worse in the country. My Doctor is great but you will need to wait a month or two just to get an appointment. You can forget about Emergencies, as you'll need to wait a week or two (that is, if your lucky)Some of the reception staff are unqualified to work in a GP surgery, since they don't to even know how to talk to people, let alone help you. Aside from being rude and arrogant, they don't even know the things they should know by default as a GP surgery. Such as providing certain documents you can only get from a GP. Very argumentative and bossy!I guess this is to be expected from a terrible place like this surgery. All the patients are treated like cattle's and most even accept this behaviour because they don't know the difference. Find another practice, unless you don't mind being treated like disease!
Dreadful service. More worried about preserving appointment slots than caring about people. I live down the road and called with Chest pains, and the secretary at the front desk just gives me advise I already know. Call an ambulance.
Majority of the time my experience over the phone with the receptionist have been appalling. Have not made me feel welcome or comfortable whatsoever. Customer service and care is key is any industry. That being said, my experience with the doctors and nurses within the clinic have all been very professional and attentive.
