Good library but one star given is for study area.its too noisy and management has done nothing to facilitate people.not good if you here to study.
Absolute bang-a-langin'. Staff are lovely, FREE BOOKS!!!! Although you can't keep them. Beautiful re-decoration. Maybe more books on bees though please?
Downstairs doors never work properly. WiFi doesn't work properly report it time and again nothing changes. Computers never work whenever you ask library staff we don't know useless place. Ask librarian for help in using photocopier does not want to help. New Harlington Centre we want it to be built and this place closed down alongside all the other libraries around uk being closed down.
Fleet library is the best library I've been in and I use it often. I've never had an issue with the computers and have always found the staff extremely helpful so ignore the hatemonger reviews by Mark Danks who's well known in Fleet as someone who likes to complain about everything and give unworthy damning reviews be it upon a restaurant, barbers or taxi service. This guy hates the world so take his reviews/rants with a pinch of salt.I know who he is and have seen and heard his bad manners towards library staff who always assist him courteously and professionally. They can only advise and assist to a certain point due to customer privacy policy rules that they follow. So they'll not delve in depth into a computer problem your having with for example your emails. And they will assist/advise on using the photocopier but they shouldn't be expected to do it for you, they're not your personal secretary!Finally to Mark I would say manners are free and if you require a course on 'people skills' then I'm sure Fleet library may have a course available.Cheer up life's too short!
