Right from the beginning I got a good positive feeling when Matthew came to see me. He explained the service and how they would work the removal On the day Sean and his team were fantastic and professional from start to end. Nothing was too much trouble. We had to wait till 330pmmfor the Keys due to our buyers inept solicitor. Sean and his team patiently waited outside our new home and worked through to 830pm No doubt if you need a removal company contacts sunnyside I contacted 5 other companies before hand and not one of them showed any positive proactive approach than sunnyside removals. I was unwell and paid for a full packing service. What a fantastic job these amazing men did. 3 turned up exactly on time. Introduced themselves and proceeded to pack absolutely everything. I didn't have to lift a finger. They were friendly, professional and tidy. Highly recommended!! Thank you guys
So me moved our chain to accommodate Sunnyside only to be told that they didn't have the drivers to do the job. This is afyer we got them to pencil us in. Then they asked for full payment and finally asked if we would consider us in the new year. Totally and utterly incompetent and nearly cost us a significant amount of money. Fortunately I found some guys that could help and infinitely more competent and flexible.
We had issues with our chain which meant we had to review our completion date on a number of occasions but the staff were always prompt and helpful at what was a difficult time in the moving process. The quote was highly competitive, and almost 'too cheap' compared to others which might have concerned us had they not been recommended to us.When it came to moving day, we had a crew of 3 who were brilliant. Turned up exactly when they said they would, got everything out promptly and packed securely on the van. At no point did we have any concerns about their competence. Despite delays with the keys being released, they still managed to off load and clear up all before 5pm. They were friendly, efficient and in the words of one of the crew 'we just like to get the job done with as little hassle as possible'.
We only managed to agree our completion date about 10 days beforehand we completed so it was a rush (and a small panic) to secure a removal company. Sunnyside Removals were professional and made us feel at ease with how the removal would be handled. Everything was packed up securely and moved to our new home with no hassle. We're still yet to fully unpack but so far everything has made it here in one piece. It definitely took a lot of stress out of moving - I'd definitely recommend.
