This was my first performance car purchase having driven and buying mid range cars for over 20 years, so I was a cautious buyer from the outset. I had no need to worry however as the Eden team were 1st class from start to finish. Clearly passionate about cars they put me at ease straight away, my enquiry into a stunning 3.0l V6 Jaguar Ftype coupe that I was interested in was without sales pressure, informative and friendly. After the conversations I had with the Eden staff, and with the price just right I confidently drove the 300 miles down to fleet for my viewing and test drive. As a weary traveller I was welcomed in with a coffee placed in my hand as I walked through the door, and after being given a tour of the showroom I was then taken to view my new car. The car was given a forensic examination by myself and I have to say they clearly know what they are doing when sourcing these cars as this 3 year old was simply immaculate and in perfect working condition. I've no issues at all with this fantastic car and it runs and sounds amazing! As a result of my warm friendly experience I would have no hesitation in purchasing from Eden again and would recommend these specialists to anyone!!
I was advised to take my Honda to Eden Honda as my regular garage couldn't solve the problem....I don't normally take the time to write a review but I was so impressed with the service received from the lady in the showroom, the two gentleman who assisted with my car's fault (Collin and one other) and the team of staff who came to make a fuss of my dogs and welcomed them into the showroom! My car had been cleaned to perfection (unexpected) and brought round to the front for me! 10/10 and thank you to the team, service beyond expectations.
I couldnt have asked for better or more accomodating customer service. I had to travel from Oxford to Fleet by train and they picked me up from the station. Also the selection of vehicles is amazing. Will be coming back here for another vehicle.
What a great experience buying our BMW 330d from Eden Prestige and Performance. From viewing, test driving, and buying through to collection was a smooth and easy ride. I was encouraged to test drive and in the week awaiting collection the team went to town to valet and clean the engine and everything Id touch!
