We were worried to start with, not noing what to expect and how much our car was worth etc. We were made to feel at ease and got a great price thanks to Nick. We would highly reccomend to anyone wanting to sell a car.
We phoned 2 days ahead to check everything for the car sale was in order and we were told it was all good.Showed up at the appointed time and was told they couldnt buy the car anymore. Wouldnt give a good reason and wouldnt let us speak to the manager. The sales person was extremely rude, aggressive and constantly interrupted and shouted at us. The whole experience was very upsetting and not one we want to experience ever again.We felt we had to write this review so no one else is unfortunate to have the same experience as us.
An unsual Case. Explained in detail over the phone and they agreed it was good to go, and wouldnt be a problem.Then on the day, changed their mind.When asked to speak to the manager to explain - I was great with an abrought, rude and practically shouted at NO! I was repeatedly interrupted. I again asked to speak to a manger and the situation got worse. I had to leave the building very upset.I definitely will not be using them again, and I feel extra training is require of customer management. As intimidating behaviour is not the standard I would expect from such a big company.
