Con Artists, Rude, Arrogant, Unprofessional.Took my car in for service and new brake pads. They found the battery to be faulty and I was quoted 70 for a replacement battery, when I arrived to collect car, the invoice was for 75.Even though it is just 5, the principal is the same.The owner was aggressive and very rude. Finally agreed the 70 rate but the owner went off and made many rude comments about me to all his staff / so loud I could hear it. I went to him and asked him to be professional and respect that I have just paid him over 400+. He ordered me to leave.. Dreadful
Terrible service and a rip off! Do yourselves a favour and try another garage. MOT had run out so I had no choice as the drop link needed changing. I had a quote for a main dealer at significantly less than they charge me. I just feel RIPPED OFF!
Recently took my car to have an MOT and the car failed due to both driveshaft gaiters being split. The garage offered to replace both gaiters in order for the car to pass. My wife witnessed the mechanic hitting both hubs/suspension with a hammer during the work being carried out and when the car left the garage, the car had a severe wobble/judder. The car was taken to back to the garage and they advised that the tracking was out. The car was then taken to an independent garage (Foster & Heanes) and they advised that both hubs were severely damaged and the car was un road worthy. At present, Fleet Station MOT are being rude and very unhelpful and I have a car that cannot be driven.The Fleet Station MOT are now blaming Foster & Heanes for the damage they caused.DO NOT USE!!!
I have just had my car MOT at this garage. I called up at around 10:30 to check their availability for the day, dropped the car off at 11 and had picked it up by 12:30, amazing turnaround.Lady on reception was helpful and friendly as ever, will definitely use again.
Just used the Fleet Station MOT garage in Waterfront for the second time and on both occasions the owner acted aggressively towards me. On this occasion one of his employees directed me to walk through the garage to pay at the office. Following payment I went to return to my car when the owner aggressively told me that I could not walk through the garage despite having just been told the opposite. His wife who was very pleasant tried to make an excuse that he had a high pressure job running a garage which was stressful. If you would like a pleasant experience of have work done to your car DO NOT USE FLEET STATION GARAGE. Look at the other one star reviews the man has a problem!
